Approximately 75% of cyclists on our rides are past customers who have enjoyed one or many of the great rides we have run in the last 15 years.
We are proud and honoured to be at the centre of the AllTrails ride community and we love to see cyclists come together for a ride as strangers and often leave as life-long friends. If you don't have a friend that has been on one of our tours, ask around amongst your local cycling community to see if anybody has - we have been around for a long time so often you will find somebody who knows us. If not, below are a few of the words of thanks we have received along the way from our long list of happy clients.

Dear Phil, Susan and Ben, Thanks for another great trip. The organisation was faultless and it was apparent that you had done a lot of research about where to stop for lunches and so on. This is really important on a trip like this in that all we have to worry about is riding, while you look after all the other things. The accommodation was all great from our point of view. [One of the] best things about the trip were Susan's morning teas, going out to dinner every night and the cooked breafasts every day. Bill & Ed |

Neil and I certainly enjoyed our Alltrails experience! Meals: Excellent. Home cooking of morning teas was a lovely touch and they were plentiful & above expectation. Scenery: Spectacular. Tour Guides: Can't be faulted. Loved the evening briefings and opportunity to enjoy meals together. The professionalism and organisation shown by Phil, Susan and Ben was second to none and we would definitely consider another ride with Alltrails. Thanks again for a wonderful week of riding and fun! Yes... back to work and reality after what was a great week of riding through some great country side. I don't have anything negative to say about the trip... it was well planned out at Phil, Susan and Ben go to so much effort to ensure everyone is ok... they really have this "nothing is a problem" attitude and work very hard...I had a great time and I will be back!! Chris and I had a great time on the Rail Trail ride over the long weekend, it was HOT but still a fun time. We had heard so many positive comments about Ben from all sorts of cycling contacts and were looking forward to meeting him. He was fantastic and an amazing asset to AllTrails ...... professional, friendly, helpful, fun, unflappable, knowledgeable, an all round terrific bloke!!!! Icy frozen sticks were a real treat, Susan's muffins where super yummy, and little surprise bags of treats were fun too. Arrived home yesterday – the Rail Trail experience was fabulous. Thank-you for your detailed coordination, and also for the birthday card – that was quite a surprise. Thank you for the welcome home, I had a great time, I was not prepared for all the up up and more ups but it was a challenge for which I am proud of my achievement, to finish the ride. The service that you guys provide was fantastic I can not say anything bad. The accommodation was very good, food was great and I can not speak highly enough about Ben and Peter. They were fantastic Ben is a great asset to Alltrails. He knows his stuff and is supporting and it was nice to be around Ben and Peter knowing they were there to back us up if needed.
