We at AllTrails have a proud history of looking after our clients and this extends to our larger 'list' of those who choose to contact us for various reasons and stay in touch with us. When you make contact with us and volunteer your personal details to us we respect that information and do whatever we can to keep it safe.

We only collect information that we need for us to keep in touch with you, or if you are coming on a tour with us we collect information that helps us run a good tour and look after you. We also collect information for our own research to help us make our business better.

All of this information is volunteered by you and we do not obtain it by any means other than clearly requesting the required information directly from you.

We will never sell, lease, or rent your private information to any third parties. At various times we may need to provide some of your information to third parties that we work closely with in order to conduct our bicycle tour business, but we will always be careful with it and ensure that our business partners are equally careful.

If you are on our email list and do not wish to receive further communications from us, simply click the unsubscribe link provided with every email message that we send.

We also allow access to our database by third parties that we work with that provide us with technical and website services, but only to the extent necessary to provide their services. Again, those third parties are chosen carefully so that they will also comply with strict privacy policies.
