Offer Information
1. When booking for a 2009 AllTrails Bicycle Tour, if the client mentions a participating bike shop involved with the promotion and the gift card number the client will be eligible for a $200 gift voucher.
2. This offer is only valid for 2009 AllTrails Bicycle Tours: Alice Springs to Darwin, Darwin to Broome and Perth to Adelaide.
3. All bookings must be made before 30th May 2009 to be eligible for a gift voucher.
4. When a ride is fully booked, this ride is no longer available as part of this offer.
5. The $200 gift voucher can only be spent in the bike shop or online store that was mentioned at the time of booking. Gift vouchers are purchased for the client by AllTrails and can be redeemed in store. Gift vouchers can not be changed for another store.
6. Each AllTrails gift card is marked with a unique number to identify which shop the gift card was collected from. The gift card number must be disclosed when the booking is made. Online gift cards to not have a number but the website must be mentioned at time of booking.
7. In the instance when a booking was made and the client mentions a participating bike shop told them about the AllTrails ride but no AllTrails gift card was given, the bike shop voucher will still be given and all other conditions still apply.
8. The $200 gift voucher is not redeemable for cash.
9. The gift voucher must be spent as per the terms and conditions of your bike shop or online store. AllTrails holds no responsibility for the safe keeping or use of the bike shop gift voucher once the gift voucher has been purchased by AllTrails for the client.
10. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
11. Only one voucher per person can redeemed for this offer.
Conditions for $200 Gift Voucher
A. A client is eligible for a gift voucher only if they book and pay for an AllTrails Road Bicycle Tour 2009.
B. To redeem the $200 gift voucher the client must pay the non-refundable booking fee ($200) and the first installment ($1000).
C. If a client withdraws their entry in an AllTrails Bicycle Tour and has received a $200 gift voucher, the amount of the gift voucher will be deducted from the first progress payment of $1000. The new refundable amount would be $800.
D. All conditions on the conditions on the entry form are still current and withstanding.
E. The $200 gift voucher overrides the free accommodation and breakfast that was offered 2008 if cyclists booked and also introduced a new AllTrails client.
