One Day Ride - You Yangs Regional Park Victoria

AllTrails are collaborating with Port Melbourne Rotary to bring you a very special one-day ride event. Join us on one of the many tracks in the You Yangs Regional Park and support the Port Melbourne Rotary Projects.

The ride is in remembrance of one of our AllTrails riders, and local Rotarian Samuel Lamendola.

Tracks are available for all types of bikes, riders, experience, and ages. From an easy 5km bitumen loop, to a 14km gravel track for mountain bikes, to the major ride - a 45 km bitumen loop around the roads that encompass the beautiful You Yangs Park. There are even some great walking tracks and trails for non-riders, so bring the whole family.

Enjoy morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings, support vehicle and mechanic. This is great opportunity to experience the AllTrails service in a single day setting.

We haven't done a one-dayer for a long time. See you at 9:30am on Sunday the 24th of October for a great day of riding and walking.

Highlights of this ride with AllTrails

Bitumen Road 5km loop

Undulating scenic route starting from our picnic area. This can be ridden once or as many times as you wish.

Bitumen Road 45km loop

Slight undulating route from our picnic area. This loop goes outside the You Yangs Park down Little River Ripley Rd, Geelong Bacchus Marsh Rd, Windermere + North Rd and returns to Picnic area. Do this once or twice.

Gravel Road 14km loop

Undulating with one reasonable climb around the Great Circle Drive, beautiful scenery. Start and finish at Picnic area. Do this once, twice or thrice.

Gravel Tracks unlimited distance

An amazing array of exciting MTB tracks from easy to difficult. A comprehensive map showing MTB tracks, rating each track for different abilities is available on the Parks Victoria website : http://www.parkweb.vic.gov.au/resources05/05_0513.pdf . More than a full day’s riding and some very tricky tracks.
