The AllTrails Great Vic Bike Ride Accommodation Package is a fully supported accommodation and services package for participants in the Great Victorian Bike Ride, running 22–27 November 2026 through Victoria's Goldfields region. AllTrails has been contracted by Bicycle Network to provide this package since 2005, offering quality ensuite accommodation, massage, bike mechanic and luggage transfer to riders who prefer not to camp.

Our accommodation and support package is purchased separately to your Great Vic Bike Ride entry.

AllTrails is here for those who love the Great Vic but prefer not to camp. We help you enjoy all the best parts of this outstanding event, with a few added luxuries that make it even better. While thousands of cyclists camp on footy ovals, queuing for amenities and battling the weather, AllTrails cyclists enjoy the comfort of quality accommodation with private ensuites, in a more intimate group setting, where it’s easy to get to know your fellow cyclists. AllTrails have been working with Bicycle Network, running this accommodation package on the Great Vic Bike Ride since 2005 and we are proud to be back again in 2026. Once again, you can expect the same great service, accommodation and camaraderie that we have been providing for more than two decades! So treat yourself, you deserve it!

While I pass up the chance for a complimentary massage, and I don’t need anything fixed by their mechanic, I do head out for dinner and drinks with the “luxury” riders. What is included in the AllTrails Great Vic Bike Ride package? The package includes quality ensuite motel accommodation, daily breakfasts, afternoon teas, luggage transfers between motels on moving days, massage sessions, and access to a private bike mechanic for repairs, tune-ups and bike fitting. AllTrails staff also provide general support and assistance throughout the event.

Is the Great Vic Bike Ride event entry included in the AllTrails package price? No. The AllTrails accommodation and support package is purchased separately to your Great Vic Bike Ride event entry. You will need to register for the event directly with Bicycle Network and purchase the AllTrails package independently.

What support is provided during the ride itself? During the ride, on-route support is provided by the Great Vic Bike Ride event staff. The AllTrails team looks after you before and after each day's riding — with accommodation, meals, luggage, massage, mechanical support and general assistance at the end of each stage.

Do I need to be an experienced cyclist? No. The Great Vic Bike Ride attracts riders of all levels and abilities. However, daily distances average 71km over 5 days of riding so it is worth training if you are not already comfortable with that kind of distance. The AllTrails team and the event staff are on hand to support you throughout.

How much does the AllTrails Great Vic Bike Ride package cost? Prices start from $2,290 AUD per person (twin share). A deposit of $400 per person is required to secure your place. Full pricing details are available in the Package Brochure PDF on the tour page.
